Updated the game based on feedback to fix the following bugs:

• If you pause/quit then load another run the notes won't move until you 'unpause' again.
• The volume slider seems to treat the middle as almost 0 for me, might just be my headset though
• Seems like a bit too much clutter for the 'good' etc. on hard. They might be better somewhere off to the side (so they don't interfeer with incoming notes) or spread out a bit more so there's less overlap and you can see the individual labels
